She is collaborative, respected, and experienced. “I trust her to maintain and enhance these important relationships which are crucial to the future of our province and our First Nations people.” Ms. Towers was most recently executive director of the renewable resources at the department of Natural Resources, overseeing forests, parks, and wildlife. She has held previous senior positions within natural resources and environment. The appointment is effective March 3.
