Appreciate all the coaches who believed in me I’m blessed to have the opportunity to compete at a D1 level I have narrowed my recruitment down to 10 Schools 🙏🏾 #Top10 (no order) pic.twitter.com/CiZJlRsvyw— BrianGeorge (@briangeorge1100) August 2, 2019George’s list has a strong Southeastern Conference flavor with seven of the ten schools hailing from the SEC. The list also largely consisted of teams in or around his native state of Florida. There aren’t a lot of junior college players that can boast having offers from the likes of Alabama, Georgia, Auburn, or Florida – let alone all four. Those programs must all have seen something very special in him.George is certainly in a unique position, and hopefully he can contribute to whichever team he ultimately joins. With over a dozen schools vying for his signature, George has trimmed the list a little.Taking to Twitter on Friday, George announced that he had reduced his list to ten teams. The list consists of Miami (FL), Georgia, Auburn, Alabama, Arkansas, Nebraska, Florida, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Kentucky.George is ranked as the No. 6 junior college prospect in the country by 247Sports. He is the No. 3 cornerback in the nation, and the No. 2 prospect from the state of Florida. He had 32 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and five passes defended for Highland Community College last year.
