Samuel L. Jackson has chimed in on the photo of two Louisville players that went viral earlier this week.Thursday night, Louisville crushed Charlotte, 70-14, behind the stellar play of quarterback Lamar Jackson, who accounted for eight touchdowns. But the talk after the game didn’t center on the Cardinals’ victory. Nope, it was a photo of Jackson and his teammate Traveon Samuel that went viral – for obvious reasons. When Samuel and Jackson sat next to each other on the bench, it spelled out “Samuel L. Jackson” on-screen.Early Saturday morning, Jackson himself acknowledged the situation. Jackson, who is a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan, was excited by the coincidence. If I wasn’t feeling Football Fever already… NOW IT’S ON!!! Yeah MUPHUGGAUZZZZ!!! pic.twitter.com/iXqYcuAFbn— Samuel L. Jackson (@SamuelLJackson) September 3, 2016Will Jackson become a Louisville fan now? We doubt it – he’s very into UGA. But he has to at least have a soft spot for the Cardinals now.
Amendments to the Engineering Profession Act introduced today, Sept. 18, will create a more modern and comprehensive complaint and disciplinary process and speed up the process of recognizing engineers from out of province who want to practice in Nova Scotia. “We are pleased to work with Engineers Nova Scotia, to support the more than 5,000 professional engineers and engineers-in-training, practicing in Nova Scotia or on Nova Scotia projects,” said Justice Minister Ross Landry. “We fully endorse their efforts to support the professional practices of their membership.” The amendments will also provide for a mandatory professional development program and approve the adoption of an updated and gender neutral code of ethics. These changes were requested by Engineers Nova Scotia.
