PAL improves services for Aus passengers

Departing Sydney and Melbourne bound for Manila, the airline’s flagship aircraft are fitted with avant-garde features such as lie-flat beds in business class and back-of-seat entertainment systems throughout the plane. The B777’s offer more cabin space and greater fuel efficiency than the current aircraft being used on Australian routes. New flight schedules will accompany the improved flight experience; with services from Sydney and Melbourne to Manila on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. According to a release by the airline, there will be departures throughout the week and the ability to fly non-stop from both Sydney and Melbourne. The B777 have a pax capacity of 370 across two classes; 42 seats in Mabuhay Class (business) and 328 in Fiesta Class (economy).
