Arsenal reject fresh offer to sign Ryan Fraser on free transfer

first_imgFraser will soon be a free agent (Picture: Getty)Arsenal have decided to cool their interest in Ryan Fraser after again being offered the chance to sign the attacker, reports say.Bournemouth confirmed this week Fraser will leave the club at the end of the month and would not be seeing out the remainder of the 2019/20 season having failed to come to terms on a short-term deal.Fraser, 26, has been linked with a host of Premier League clubs, including the Gunners, Tottenham and Everton. The Daily Star claim, however, that Fraser’s options to join a top-six side are dwindling with clubs having to adjust their priorities due to the financial fall-out from the coronavirus pandemic.AdvertisementAdvertisementADVERTISEMENTFraser has been offered to Arsenal again, but the Gunners feel they have enough options in his position as they close in on agreeing a contract extension with Bukayo Saka.Arsenal can also call on Nicolas Pepe, Mesut Ozil, Reiss Nelson, Gabriel Martinelli and Ainsley Maitland-Niles.Securing the future of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is Arsenal’s top priority right now which has lead to them to step away from a deal for Fraser.
